The college aims to promote women’s education in a conducive environment for their overall growth and development above all sorts of compartmentalization’s of religion, caste or sex and make them economically empowered. The college endevours to promote independent thinking among young women so that they can grow out to be responsible citizens; who can contribute to the growth of the national economy.

The college envisions being a model college in the district and pioneer in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the field of Higher Education with special focus on female education. The college therefore, is focusing on Skill Development Courses to promote independent thinking with special focus on entrepreneurship. The college has a dedicated cell for the women’s development under the programme “Centre for Women’s Studies and Development” and runs Women’s helpline numbers for the safety and guidance of women of all ages.
